Combine two of our favourite people, the most stunning venue and glorious Autumn sunshine… and you get one hell of a wedding!
Sam & Sally chose to tie the knot at ‘Kingscote Barn’ – this award winning barn is privately located within 400 acres of the Cotswold Hills and it is literally a dream to photograph! It was our first time here and we’re already looking forward to returning.
Sally and her gorgeous bridesmaids got ready in the venues dedicated dressing room. This light and airy room with quirky decor is the most perfect space to get ready for the big day. In between the giggles, champagne and chocolates, these ladies had their hair and make up done and stepped into the most sophisticated, burnt orange dresses.
Sally had her hair down in soft curls, complimenting the most stunning open backed wedding dress. Her bouquet contained soft pastels with bright pops of colour.
After completing the finishing touches to the barn, the lads popped on their outfits – light brown tweed suits with burnt orange ties and pocket squares. Sam and his groomsmen looked brilliant!
It wasn’t long until guests started to arrive and took their seats in Kingscote’s Barn – with exposed walls, timber oak frames and hundreds of fairy lights, it really is so romantic. Sam nervously waited for Sally to walk through the double doors. Sally surprised him with the most incredible song to walk down the aisle to but also the cutest little page boy and flower girls holding pictures of their beloved cat! Sam & Sally both looked so overwhelmed when they locked eyes with one another. Their love for each other is so abundantly clear and it really gave us butterflies watching them become Mr & Mrs.
The barn has a gallery overlooking the ceremony and we were able to capture a fun shot of all the guests once Sam & Sally were officially Mr & Mrs Hunt – what a cool idea with brilliant results! The sun then came out and everyone basked in the glorious weather out on the patio blown away by the incredible views. Whilst we had lots of fun with some of their closest relatives and the bridesmaids and groomsmen, everyone else enjoyed mingling and munching on the stunning canapés.
The barn was transformed ready for the wedding breakfast – Sam & Sally had worked with some phenomenal suppliers and added their own personal touches such as a home made sweet table and photo booth – their guests loved it!
Three heartfelt and hilarious speeches followed the meal, which created a perfect vibe for the evening celebrations. With a cool DJ, fun caricaturist and hilarious shot games – the party was immediately in full swing!
We had an absolute blast celebrating with this beautiful pair. Sam & Sally – here’s to a married life full of amazing surprises and adventures.
