Scott & Naomi
It was our first time shooting a wedding at Ashton Lodge and we were blown away! Originally built in the Edwardian era and positioned in the most stunning settings, this venue has the perfect mix of old and new. The team there were super impressive too!
Having met Scott & Naomi at a previous wedding and knowing how lovely they are, we couldn’t wait to capture their big day. We joined the bridal party at the venue in the light and airy prep suite. These girls were full of giggles as they were pampered and got ready for the ceremony!
Naomi stepped into the most elegant wedding dress and with her hair up, paired with delicate jewellery and she chose a bouquet full of stunning colours – she looked stunning.
When the time came, their nearest and dearest took their seats in the garden room – this beautiful space flooded with natural light and exposed timber flooring is just the most gorgeous place to tie the knot.
Naomi’s proud father accompanied her down the aisle and Scott was speechless when he got to see his bride for the first time! The ceremony was super romantic and full of smiles and before we knew it they were officially Mr & Mrs Webb! Everyone enjoyed the gorgeous September sunshine out on the lawn as they sipped drinks and mingled. The views of the rolling countryside are pretty special too. We loved exploring all of the quirky spots within the grounds with the newlyweds, including the old stable buildings. Just before dinner, Naomi decided to throw her bouquet… some of the single ladies took it a little too seriously but thankfully they all survived!!
The wedding breakfast was held in the super modern marquee and after the formalities of food and speeches were complete, we were blessed with a pretty impressive sunset – we couldn’t resist getting a few last daylight shots of the bride and groom. It was then time for the evening partying to begin! After the all important first dance, guests strutted their stuff and partied late into the night!
What a day! Here’s to a married life full of gorgeous memories!
