Rebecca & Stefan’s day saw us at ‘Cider Mill Barns’ for the last time this year. It’s always a joy being back at the barns shooting weddings – with the gorgeous exposed brickwork, oak beams and exquisite touches of design – it simply is hard to beat!
Rebecca made the most of the Bramley Barn’s ‘prep’ suite. This beautiful space is flooded with natural light – perfect for those light and airy photos! With a draped bed and full length antique mirror, it’s the most romantic way to get ready for your big day. Rebecca and her bridesmaids had us in stitches throughout the morning as they told stories and listened to Chris’ hilarious (cheesy) jokes!
Stefan and his groomsmen looked awesome! Choosing navy three piece suits and stylish bow ties, these lads looked great. They even managed to grab a drink at Cider Mill’s stylish bar to settle any pre-ceremony nerves whilst mingling with guests.
Helped by her bridesmaids, Rebecca stepped into the most elegant wedding dress – with delicate, intricate detail and a gorgeous open back, she looked a million dollars. Guests were blown away when they got to see Rebecca walk down the aisle with her father and Stefan couldn’t resist a cheeky look as he saw his beautiful bride for the first time.
The ceremony was full of smiles as some of their loved ones performed readings and offered words of encouragement and before we knew it, Stefan was proudly kissing his new wife!
With some absolutely awesome October sunshine, the wedding party explored Cider Mill’s splendid grounds as they enjoyed the drinks reception in the courtyard. A wonderful musician Daisy provided the most perfect later summer atmosphere as these guys sipped champagne and enjoyed catching up with loved ones!
Rebecca & Stefan were such fun to photograph when it came to their couples’ portraits. Super relaxed and so clearly very much in love – their photos speak for themselves as to how natural they look together. We brought them back in time to be introduced into the room for their wedding breakfast. The barn was dressed beautifully with subtle, floral greenery. After the meal followed the speeches – and they didn’t fail to impress.. guests were in stitches!
One of the many special thing about Cider Mill Barns is the layout of the venue meaning that the wedding breakfast and evening celebrations are completely separate, meaning no wasted time for a ‘turnaround’. Rebecca & Stefan’s guests were able to relax with a coffee before the partying truly got going!
After the all important traditions of cutting the cake and the first dance, it didn’t take much encouragement for guests to take to the dance floor and truly let their hair down! Stefan even found himself on the end of a ‘dirty dancing’ lift by his groomsmen!
It felt only right to sign off the night with a super romantic night shot under the venue’s arches with the new Mr & Mrs Tutino before letting them go and party late into the night.
