Helen & Ashley

Helen & Ashley’s wedding included a candlelit reception, gorgeous winter sun and jam sandwiches! This lovely pair chose ‘Hampton Manor’ to tie the knot. With forty five acres of woodland to explore, a walled garden and stunning architecture it truly makes for the most gorgeous wedding photos.

Helen and her bridesmaids got ready just a stones throw away from the venue in a local ‘Airbnb’. The atmosphere was super chilled as we discussed movies and shared funny stories. Helen’s Dad was blown away when he saw her dress for the first time – it’s definitely one of our favourite Dad reactions to date! Helen went for a beautiful, strapless dress combined with elegant veil and tiara.

As we made the short journey to Hampton Manor, Ashley and the boys were greeting guests and ushering them to the rustic wedding barn. Helen stepped out of the incredible, vintage car in front of the manor itself – it was like a scene out of downtown abbey!

The ceremony itself was full of smiles, with acoustic musicians providing romantic background music. As excited as Helen was to marry her best friend, it was clear she was distracted by another love.. jam sandwiches! The venue, with its very own Michelin Star restaurant pulled out all the stops to make Helen’s dream canapés come true!

As we ventured out into the grounds we were blessed with the most stunning winter sunset. These two were a joy to photograph as we walked around the gardens – there were lots of giggles!

As it grew darker outside, guests were seated in Hampton Manor’s courtyard – wow this place is beautiful! With exposed stonework and an impressive glass roofed atrium, it’s such a romantic space for a wedding breakfast. Once guests were completely stuffed from the most exquisite food and entertained by some cracking speeches, it was time for the party to get started! More live music helped entice guests onto the dance floor to work their magic!

Helen surprised guests with her very own personalised leather jacket – such a cool idea! This big day had so many lovely, personal touches (you may even spot their beloved fur baby on top of the cake!)
