Hannah & John-Jo
After 2 years of delays due to the pandemic, Hannah & John-Jo couldn’t wait to tie the knot – and we couldn’t wait to join them! Getting to know them in the build up, this lovely pair have the best sense of humour and we knew their wedding was going to be lots of fun.
The bride and her four gorgeous bridesmaids glammed themselves up at Hannah’s Mum’s house, where the bubbles flowed and gifts were given. Hannah chose to have her hair down in soft curls, perfectly complimenting the most elegant dress with stunning, lace detail.Â
When the time came, the bride’s father proudly accompanied her in a classic wedding car over to the church where an excited John-Jo was waiting. The most amazing vicar gave his blessing for us to move around during the ceremony – allowing us to capture some of the most beautiful shots and showing off the beautiful church at the same time.
The bridal party entered the church to live musicians – the atmosphere was beautiful! It was a ceremony full of smiles and laughter – Hannah & John-Jo’s love for one another is abundantly clear and it was a joy to capture these little moments on camera.
Once their nearest and dearest had showered the newlyweds in confetti, we all made the short hop over to ‘Shustoke Barn’ – one of our favourite venues and it’s easy to see why! This 18th century red-brick barn set around a private courtyard with stunning grounds is the most romantic of spaces for a wedding.
The sun shone during the drinks reception as guests enjoyed the gorgeous food that Shustoke Barn is famous for. As if by magic, the evening celebrations seamlessly began and after Hannah & John-Jo had performed their first dance, the crowd went crazy on the dance floor! It was lovely to see multiple generations strut their stuff together and have the most incredible time after being so patient for this big day to finally arrive.
Hannah & John-Jo, here’s to a married life full of beautiful memories and lots of laughter.
