Francine & Dan – Catch a Glimpse
We met Francine & Dan for the first time in the New Year. It was immediately clear how very much in love they were and we couldn’t wait to play a part in their special day!
On the morning of the Wedding, we made our way over to the stunning ‘Walton Hall’, where both Francine & Dan were getting ready. We started with the Groomsmen in a huge suite as they made their finishing touches, ensuring they looked on point! They even had time to enjoy a last minute beer! Then, as the boys headed over to ‘Compton Verney’ where the days celebrations were being held, we popped to see Francine and the girls who were at the other end of the hotel. The champagne was flowing, old school classics were being played and a great time was had with these beautiful ladies!
Helped by her Bridesmaids with those last minute preparations, Francine stepped into her dress and looked a million dollars! Her incredibly proud Father held back the tears as he saw her for the first time. He then had the honour of accompanying her in a vintage, 1950’s car to Compton Verney for the ceremony.
It’s hard to describe just how stunning this venue is. Situated in over 100 acres of incredible parkland – with its own award winning art gallery, glorious lake and rolling views of the Warwickshire countryside… It is quite simply the most perfect location for a Wedding.
As guests arrived, they were able to take in the full brilliance as they made the short stroll over the bridge towards the Palladian-style Chapel, where Francine & Dan’s ceremony was being held. With elegant olive trees, dozens of candles and a string duo providing the soundtrack, it was more than romantic!
“I’ve got sunshine on a cloudy day… with my girl”
Francine arrived and as the large oak doors opened to the chapel, guests stood and Dan was completely speechless seeing his Bride for the first time. The ceremony was full of heart warming stories, beautiful readings and some personal vows read between Francine & Dan. Guests had the privilege of participating in a ‘ring warming’ where everyone handled the Wedding bands before they were exchanged between the Bride & Groom – such a wonderful and special moment.
Guests created a tunnel of confetti for the new Mr & Mrs as they exited the chapel and took the gorgeous stroll through the meadow down towards the main house. Drinks were then served in one of the stunning art galleries as we explored the grounds with Francine & Dan for their photos. Even with some light showers, this wonderful couple embraced the weather and had a great time! On our return, Compton Verney created the most glorious backdrop as the new Mr & Mrs Neale walked hand in hand down a narrow path. This was a shot not to be missed!
Guests then welcomed the Bride & Groom back into ‘Adam Hall’, where they sat and enjoyed a luxurious Wedding breakfast. Some incredible speeches followed, before the quirky tower of cheese ‘cake’ was cut!
The day seamlessly flowed into the evening and as the sun set, an acoustic duo warmed the guests up in the courtyard under the portico. There were blankets and huge fire heaters to keep everyone toasty! The Groom’s father even wowed everyone with a couple of hits himself!
Guests then cheered Francine & Dan through a huge tunnel of sparklers before everyone made their way inside as the Bride & Groom took to the dance floor for their first dance as Husband & Wife.
The party then truly got started, with guests filling the dance floor and celebrating late into the night! This day was stunning and fantastic fun. Thank you Francine & Dan – it was a real pleasure to join you on your Wedding Day! We wish you every happiness in married life together.
