“A stunning manor house Wedding “
We started the day with Julie at home surrounded by her wonderful Bridesmaids! The sun was shining, bubbles were flowing and gifts were exchanged as they girls prepared for the day ahead. Once the girls were ready, an emotional ‘first look’ for Julie’s father set the day off perfectly.
Julie’s father then proudly travelled with her to the ceremony, which was held in a charming little Church in Wickhamford.
The ceremony itself was beautiful (although a little warm!). Matt’s love for his Bride as she walked down the aisle was abundantly clear and he just about held it together! After the church, guests showered the newly weds in fragrant lavender confetti – what a beautiful touch! As their loved ones made their way to the reception, we were able to use the stunning grounds outside the Church for some shots of the Bride & Groom, before they were whisked away in a Bentley to Charingworth Manor in the Cotswolds.
With commanding views over rolling Gloucestershire countryside, this 700 year old Manor House certainly has the ‘wow’ factor. It is a perfect venue to host your big day. Great food, heart felt speeches and lots of champagne were followed by a hilarious game of “Mr & Mrs” before Julie & Matt took to the dance floor. Before leaving, we were able to take advantage of a gorgeous sunset and stamp our style on one final, magical shot. Beautiful!
Mr & Mrs Emerson, thanks for having us at your special day.
